Do you use shampoo everyday?

They say that it is best to shampoo your hair 4 times a week at most and not everyday. They say that shampooing your hair everyday can make it super dry because the natural oils will be washed away. But I can't do it because I think I'd feel dirty if I won't shampoo every single day.
How about you?

Hello pebbles. It depends on the season as to how often I use shampoo on my hair. I use shampoo every day in summer when I take a shower, but not in winter, when I take a shower every other day. I feel good after using shampoo to wash my hair. I have to wash my hair at least once every other day, otherwise I will feel itchy on the head. Good shampoo helps my hair a lot.

Can you tell me what shampoo you're using? Maybe it can help my very dry hair too. ^_^

I love to use the brand Shoulder as my daily shampoo. I do not know whether you have it in your country. It makes the hair very smooth after being washed.

No I shampoo mine every other day i cant leave it longer than that as it just feels dirty to me, you should also change your shampoo every 6 months it helps to stop the hair getting used to it and changing it helps to keep your hair clean and save you washing it more often

But if you count the number of days every other day, that's 4 days, right?
I didn't know that I should change my shampoo every 6 months. I will try that!

I don't shampoo my hair everyday, but since my hair sometimes gets greasy, I shampoo it once in every two days.

Hi Pebbles..its funny but i feel the same way about my hair..im so used to washing it every day that if i dont wash it it doesnt feel clean!!...and thats plain daft really..because as you point out ithink it does the hair far more damage and strips the natural oils out.....mine often tends to get dry and needs a lot of conditioner...plainly because i wash it too much.But when i get up in the morning ..my head looks like a haystack!!..and it just seems easier to straighten it out by washing it..

i shampoo my hair twice a week. i dont shampoo my hair everyday as i dont think my hair gets dirty so soon. And also every day morning i dont get time to shampoo my hair as i have to rush to office.

i used shampoo everyday.. and it doesn't dry out my hair,,, one time i tried not to shampoo my hair,, my scalp got itchy and i got dandruff...
