Adult Children Living at Home

I have a child that is 22 years old, and still living at home. She is a single mom, and is the laziest housekeeper in the world. I have told her time and time again, it is not my place to keep cleaning up after her and her daughter. I have gone as so much as to threaten to have her evicted from here, if she does not keep my house clean. Better yet, I told her I will even move out, and she can stay in the pig sty it has somewhat become. Any suggestions from anyone to get her to clean up after herself, short of me having her evicted?
