When you walk your dog, do you pick up it's poop?

We live in a very dog friendly town. Well, it seems to me that there are a lot of dogs and they come in all shapes and sizes. I am definitely a dog person even though I do not have one. Anyways, most folks around here are very considerate about their dog's poop. I know they have to go to the bathroom somewhere and the only place is outdoors. I don't care if a dog poops in my yard, but when the owner doesn't brings along a poop bag and clean it up, that's when I have a problem with the whole situation. Who wants to step into a warm pile of freshly excreted poop?!?! Be courteous and pick up your dog's poop please. Does anyone not pick it up and do you have a reason? Well, besides being lazy and uncourteous?
