May your drams come true. Actually my core business is investments in instruments like equity, insurance(life and general) etc. If you want to start a restaurant, you need some capital. That is called promoter's contribution. If you have this, you can go about finding other things. Like in which area I should have my restaurant and if I rent out the space what will be my cost and if I buy it outright, what will be my cosy etc. You make your tentative project idea clear and then you can approach a bank and tell them that you want a loan for your business. They will guide you further. All the best!!!!

Sure, Warren Buffet is also doing that. Now, where should I put my money? I have little idea about stocks, not sure of real estate either. What do you suggest?

The basic difference between stocks and real estate investment is liquidity. If you invest in stocks, you can get money whenever you want them eg. in a couple of days. But if you want to sale your property, it takes lot of time. You want to know anything else can ask me about investing. If you are a resident of India can browse through my website www.jalsa.njfundz.com

If you are a busy person and if you do not have time to follow stocks, you can safely invest in mutual funds and even better in systemetic investment plans of a good mutual fund company. It gives advantage of averaging. That means even when the markets are down you get advantage as you get more units and when the market is up your net asset value grows. My contact info is available in www.jalsa.njfundz.com You are also welcome on this platform.
