i love asparagus very much ,what about you?

asparegus is one of my favorite vegetables. i love cook asparagus with some pork ,or with some beef or chicken. it taste sweet and delicious. what about you? do you enjoy it?

I love asparagus, but I eat them as an entree, with mayonaise or vinagraite. I have never eaten them as a side dish, but I have used them in pizzas, risottos and soups. Just today, answering a post about this wonderful veggie, I discovered that we export them to Europe. Maybe that`s why they are so expensive now in my country

Asparagus is so good, love! Steaming it or grilling it or roasting it, stunning! I also adore it with garlic and some hard boiled eggs!

One of my favorite vegetable is Asparagus. I was looking for it last week at the market, and the price was 300php per kilo, WOW! I just love to cook it stir fry or sauteed in oyster sauce. My other way to cook it is to cut it in half, wrap it with bacon and fry it!
