Receving earnings in mylot through paypal via Xoom

Im still new here and just want to ask if I really need to insert any credit card or debit number cause I dont have a bank account and Im planning to withraw funds in Paypal through Xoom via pickup here in the Philippines. Can I withraw my earnings in paypal through Xoom via pickup without any bank account or entering any of them in paypal?Please I need help I, really kinda noob

if u dont have a bank account then how will u receive it... can u say how ve u created ur paypal account pls??

I think u can still create a paypal account without any bank account

Can I process transaction without linking anyform of credit or debit number?CAuse Xoom offers Pickup of money in any pawnshopy or bank here. What im troubled with is about paypal. Are they able to process transaction with Xoom without linking any credit?
