Do you mind people tapping to music in public places or get togethers..

i don't mind foot tapping at all. what bugs me is people who hum or "la la" to the music. the cleaning lady at my work does that andis random. it is sooooo annoying! it's off key and is random humming. so at least people who are tapping to music are tapping to something!

yes, i do mind them as i find foot tapping very annoying specially if this is being done loudly with a humming sound, enjoying good music is not bad but we should also be aware of the people around us who may not appreciate unnecessary noise coming from us.

I think the better question is do people mind me!!! I not only tap my feet to music in public, but I will sing softly along with my music in enclosed places, and loudly if I am walking by myself. People look at me weirdly, like I am crazy, but I don't care, I am enjoying myself and not bothering a soul. If you think you can do better, teach me, if not, be quiet!!!

Yeah, sometimes I do. But I don't tell the people to stop. I'm kind of passive about it.
