I just received an email telling me that I've been accepted as a freelance writer online. I love doing some writings... any pointers that you can share me?

make sure you get your payment information in writing. have them fax it to you or fax it back to you...while i have not been ripped off too much, most people are genuine when they say they will pay you, i have been ripped off (written with the promise of payment, but then not paid and cannot get a hold of the person...that sort of thing.) be careful!!

Congratulations on becoming a freelance writer. Did you have to write a test piece or show examples of your writing? I hope you get a lot of work.
I have been paid for writing website content. I prefer to write about things I know, but I can find out enough from doing a few searches to write a short piece.
I am getting quicker at producing articles because I write at least one a day. If you are a freelance you have to be able to produce work within a given time limit.

Hi. I submitted just one piece from my previous writings. I think it's understandable because they have to assess my ability technically. But I've been writing for the company for quite sometime though not directly. One of their senior writers get writing orders for me. But now I am already I am already directly connected! I am excited about this and I am very thankful for my writer friend who recommended me in. Thanks for your encouraging words and I hope I could make enough for myself the way you do.
