Do u like channa/chole masala?How do u prepare it?

my mom used prepare it.I loved to eat it with batura. Ingrediants,chickpeas-1cup (soaked overnight & pressure cooked with little salt & water) green chilly-2 cardimom-2 cumin seeds-1/4sp cinimun-2 lavang-5 bayleaf-1 onion finely choped-3 medium size tomato-2medium ginger-garlic paste-2sp lemon juice-2sp corinander leaves chilly pwd-1sp coriander pwd-1sp channa masala pwd-2sp kasturi methi oil put oil in a pan add cumin seeds,lavang,cardimom,cinimun,bayleaf fry & add onion fry little brown then add ginger garlic paste fry till its smell goes,then add tomatoes,green chilly,cook till tomatoes cooks while & add channa masala pwd,chilly pwd,coriander pwd stir then add water of cooked channa's & add channa.close the lid & cook it.then add salt.If ur gravy becomes watery grind little channa add. Now channa masala is almost ready atlast add lemon juice stir & off the stove & add corriander. Now the yummy channa masala is ready to eat.

I have never heard of it before. I am more of a basci type cooking person and have not been able to try things like this out before. I would love to try new things sometime though.
