what will happen if i tell you that i love you so much that i am ready to give all what i have though all i have now is my life.

It depends whether the person likes you or not.If the person likes you it doesn't matter to him that you give all or not but if that person doesn't likes you that person will just refuse it.

i will say no,we hardly know each other...u need to court me well but only if i were a girl so....n it sucks when i imagine i am a girl...

It is one sided traffic and one may not get good response. On the otherhand, if a person really likes you, only YOU is more than sufficient. That person will not expect you along with big bank balance, ornaments, house etc. Genuine love mutually felt is the deciding authority.
