Hello MyLotters,
There is a phenomenon I have always been curious about. It is called the "Bermuda Triangle." It's that area in the sky where airplanes disappear, never to be seen again.
Do any of you guys know anything about this? If so, let me know.
Do you think it is real? Do you think it is hype?
I'd be interested in your responses.
Penny

Signum,
Magnetic forces certainly sounds like a possibility. But what gets to me the most in how a large entire airplane can just vanish.
You like strange things huh; I am a scaredy cat. I co not even watch spooky movies unless there is someone here to watch them with me.
Sig, the Bermuda Triangle sure is a strange thing.
Peace,
Penny

LOL well those kind of movies are made to scare people hehe. Having said that though, they don't always write good enough story lines that succeed in scaring us though do they?
I love spooky, scary things, and I agree that a whole plane just disappearing into nowhere is rather odd, but way cool at the same time. :-)

I have always been facinated with it too. Sometimes I think it could be modern day pirates. That could be an explanation for ships and other boats. But it wouldn't explain the disappearance of aircraft. Something is happening down there. There are way too many things that have happened for it to just be a fluke. I know of a guy, his wife, friends and his crew that disappeared. He had a yacht and was sailing in that area, and just disappeared. Maybe someday somebody will have more proof, I do believe that something is fishy down there. I know I would stay away from that area.

people say that due to very high gravitational force every thing near it disappears and becasue the are is in a triangular shape that name was given in that way. this is which i cam eto know from the books that i have read and so i believe this.

Hi penny56, Stories about the Bermuda Triangle have been around for a long time. I understand that airlines and ships have avoided the area for many years now. As I understand it, many theories have been put forth, but none have been proven. It is true that ships and planes have disappeared there, and no wreckage of any kind has been found. It is certainly a strange phenomenon, but one that may be explained someday. Blessings.

i grew up knowing about the stories of this phenomenom but as i grew up i kept asking myself if these stories are really true.and then there are no specific scientist explanation for the things happening there probably we need spiritual explanations.but in all i guess its real,i have watched certain documentaries about it and the issues still remain unresolved till date but i know we will get answers later
