Have Survey sites worked for you?

I am working with a few different survey sites right now, and I am curious if anyone else is making money with them, or if it feels they are wasting time. I have actually been doing pretty good from the survey sites I have been working. I am not going to get rich, but the extra cash I have earned has bought MP3 players for Myself, my wife, and 2 of my kids so far and that over the past few weeks! Not bad eh?
I want to know if anyone else is having luck with their survey cash sites. Check my profile to see the sites I am working with!

I've earned a few extra bucks with survey sites. I've been able to use that extra cash for metrocards and lunch for my college. It's not a lot but it helps here and there.

Right on! I am glad to see that you are at least making something! I have heard a lot of negative stuff about survey sites, but It has been working well for me!

I have made between 1 and 2 hundred dollars on survey sites. The ones that are generallythe best are those that have BBB logos on them. You know at least you will be paid. Survey Police is a good site to use as a clearinghouse. You can find out what survey sites pay ,what ones don't, and other peoples experiences with them. When sites get to know you alittle bit they usually send you better surveys.

I used to do a lot of surveys, but found that it took too much time and I think I canceled all of them. Now, I've re-signed up with Mysurvey.com, which is the only site that I've really earned any money with. I've earned money with Lightspeed panel, but after I cashed in, they pretty much deleted my account. I earned prizes with Zoompanel, but they've also stopped sending me surveys.
I think I'm going to stick with Mysurvey because I just don't have the time to do a ton of surveys that don't reward me. So many other sites give only "entries" to winning prizes, you don't really get anything unless you've won the prize.

I have an account with lightspeed and they say they have no surveys available for me. Or they send me one, and i get halfway through and it says sorry you do not qualify! I canceled that account!

I have added you as a friend, maybe you can send me a link for this site, and I will check it out! I think the Amazon vouchers are great for gifts for friends and family!

I am a member of a few survey sites and I just get frustrated with them most of the times. I get mid way into the survey and then they tell me thanks but I no longer qualify to continue. Then I don't get paid for the time I put into the survey. Am I suppose to lie just to be able to qualify?? I answer them truthfully and maybe I can complete 2 a week, but that is not enough for all the time I put into them.

well right now im working on this AW SURVEY .
i dont really like survey sites because u have to wait
for like a month before they put new surveys on the website
i cant wait a month just to get more money i think that is really dumb.

That was a problem I had with a survey site I had awhile back, I finished all of the surveys I could, made $8.50 ($10 minimum cashout) and then no more surveys!!! I don't get it! I have found a few sites that have a really low minimum payout so I can do a few surveys, and then cashout!

I am doing pretty good with survey sites myself. I do 5 or 6 of them now. I get bored though and don't do them as often as I should. I have made a few hundred dollars with surveys. Not too bad I think.

Thats Not bad at all! Sounds like we are the same track! Now that I am back to work I will not be able to do nearly as many as I was, but I plan on still working them for a while!

Hello there poorboy, congratulations on your successful survey experiment. I hope that you will get more incentives from them for participating. I've never tried any forms of survey though, but I am currently earning quite a good income on doing reviews from this particular site. If you want details, PM me. Thanks and have a good day.

I am actually starting to do ok with the sites that I am a member of, it has been slow going but I have stuck with them and slowly they are starting to send me more surveys to do. No, I will not get rich off them either, but I will certainly get a few extra pennies each month, so it is a start!!

What I am learning from them is that you have to stick with them, even if you do not qualify, keep answering them. Some of them test you out to see how serious you are, over time you will then notice that you start to get more that you qualify for. Also they use the surveys to develop your profile so that they only send the ones that suit you. But you do have to have a lot of patience.

How many of the invite survey sites do you have to have to make any money? I only get 1 or 2 invites a week from the few that I have signed up for then I never qualify for them.

my favorite is Quick Rewards (see banner on my profile page) you can take quite a few surveys daily, plus there's no minimum cashout. second choice, Pinecone Research. they pay $3.00 per survey plus you usually get free samples. i just wish they sent more surveys. i also do Survey Spot, but only some of their surveys are for cash.

I've made $150.00 using three main survey sites in just 4 hours. I was already paid by one of them, and the other two pay you the following month, so I'll be getting paid in June. They are listed in my profile as well as tons of other ways to make money online!

i signed up to lightspeed surveys and made 5$ in one day-this was a few days ago and the money is already in my paypal account-however they have not offered me any surveys since. most surveys seem to just offer prize draws which i am pretty sure is a scam

That is the problem with some of the survey sites. They never send you more surveys. The sites I am working on right now are not like that! They list the surveys available, and you just pick through them. Be sure to set up a new email address for the junk mail.

I have tried out a few survey sites now and then, but they haven't really worked out for me. Unfortunately there are too many times that when I get to a survey, it's been closed, or they find me disqualified, or something. I just stick to sites like MyLo, and Boomertowne.

unfortunately i haven't tried one yet. coz the ones i've been trying needs start up money. i think for registration fee. but i was afraid to invest that i might be just a victim of scam. do you really earn on this sites? how much? can you share it with me? i need some extra cash lately. thanks.

I am a member of I think four survey sites. I like three of them and get checks monthly for $10.00 - $20.00 for three of them, but I don't like the other one so much so I rarely use it. They never have surveys available and, when they do, they always seem to be closed or full or something else which doesn't allow me to participate.
The other three have surveys pretty often for me to take and offer decent compensation, in my opinion.
If anyone is interested in learning about my favorite sites and my top earner, please private message me and I'd be happy to share with you! Also, if you are looking for a referral and have a survey site you like, feel free to share it with me in a message. Thanks!

I have been off of work for the past month and just really got started in the survey sites. and I have had a lot of time to devote to them, so I have probably made more than the average for the amount of time I have put in. a couple hundred so far! $10 to $20 a month is definitely doable!! When I get back to work I think that that amount will be perfect! Extra Cash is always great!

Yes, I've been doing them for a little over a month and made a descent amount... nothing huge, but it's still extra spending money. I've narrowed my list down to a few top sites...alot were junk. I've done the same thing and listed some referral links on my profile. Feel free to check them out and sign up using my links if you want.
