I went to check my sprint bill today and I was hoping that they got it right this time around Oh, I was shocked at what I saw. They said that my bill is $720. I went through my bill detail and they charged me $450 for going over on my text messages. How can they charge me that when I am paying $20 a month for UNLIMITED TEXT MESSAGING and its on a shared family plan. I have had this plan close to 6 months and suddenly they feel like they have to charge me something bogus.
Sprint has someone sitting in their cubicle typing erroneous charges, changing services on customers plans without their knowledge. It is illegal what they do. They should know that their customers know exactly whats on their plan and if there is something wrong with their bill, they will pick up on it. I never used to check the details of my bill years ago. I started doing that because I wanted to make sure they were trying to charge me for something I didn't do or ask for.
Is anybody going through this same problem with Sprint? I cant wait for my contract to be up so I can switch.

Sprint used bogus texting and data charges to run my bill up over $400. I had both of these services disallowed and still the charges continued to appear, so they were obviously false. Sprint customer service rep saw that there was no way it could be accurate and agreed to credit my account, but month after month they did not credit and instead continued overcharging, so I stopped paying that portion of my bill until Sprint deactivated my service for not paying charges that I didn't owe. When I switched to a new carrier, they charged me an additional $200 for switching to a new carrier even though they had ALREADY DEACTIVATED MY PHONE! It is almost 4 years later and they are once again calling me trying to get me to pay this amount. (It has been nearly 3 years since I've even heard from them, I assumed they discovered I was correct and closed the matter.) They are now also claiming that they have no records anymore of me calling customer service and that I am the one that deactivated my account, not them. They want over $600!! DO NOT USE SPRINT PCS Services! This is a warning to anyone that has a cell phone plan that doesn't like throwing their hard-earned cash into the garbage!
