do you know any websites about IT outsourcing projects?

I want to know some websites about IT outsourcing projects, because some of my friends are excellent programmers, they want to earn extra money at their leisure time. They can do web design, DMS, Data system, internet Game and so on. Is there anyone who can give me a hand, i will be very appreciated.

I know three websites in this regard.. GetAFreelancer Scriptlance GoFreelancer the first two are free to join and can bid on projects. I am not sure of the third one, but know its not free to join. Try your luck here. Cheers
