how things work here is just simple as this. Make up discussions and respond to every one that post there and the more you type the more you make. The more creative your topics are the more responses you will get. How they pay is still a question and there are many different answers to that the number beside your name shows how many post you have made and comments. You are asking a lot of questions that you could get answered by going to the rules and reading them first. as for how they determine pay that is one i can't answer, it goes up and down, the number by your name is your reputation it is how people feel about what you say in your responses to a discussion, sometimes they like what you say and sometimes they don't, it can go up or down based on how they rate your response. All I can do for you, you aren't going to get rich on here, some make good pay outs they say $40-50 dollars a month, but they stay on here all day, I can't do that I have a life. All i can say is have fun.
