Is Big Brother Fixed?

I was never really sure if Big Brother was fixed or not, but after last weeks stupid HOH competition I think it is. Sharon was in the lead until that stupid question about the relationships in the house. Julie Chen read the question, then there was a long awkward pause, as if even Julie didn't believe what she was reading. Then Julie says that the answer was "Fact", that there was another pre-existing relationship still in the house. And at the bottom of the TV screen it says the guinea pigs are the other relationship in the house. How stupid is that. I mean come on, if I was Sharon, I would totally fight that answer. She should have won that HOH, and because of some stupid question from the Big Brother producers, she might end up getting evicted. Don't get me wrong, I totally love watching Big Brother, but sometimes it just seems like things are little too planned and calculated, which makes me wonder... Is Big Brother Fixed?

What makes you think it was fixed then? Just because the question was stupid does not mean it was a fixed competition. I think its been hilarious. Now Shelia is all freaking out and the boys are thinking she is up to something. Just another big brother twist. No I do not think it is fixed at all. How would one know how Sharon was going to answer. Ryan was thrown off also, he just choose the more absurd answer and got lucky.

I think the producers wanted to have a tie between Ryan and Sharon, so that it would be more exciting. A tie would also help out Ryan so that he would have a chance to win. But it's not just this competition that appears to be fixed (in my opinion), it's the whole season. Plus some of the other seasons too. This season there's been so much drama, fights with excessive yelling and screaming, name calling and hot tempers. Then the next day, everyone is friends again, like nothing ever happened. If it's not fixed, then there's some really good acting going on with those house guests. Sometimes it seems like they're looking right at the cameras, like they want to make sure that we're watching them overreact. Especially Joshua, when he had that "crying" scene with Adam. That was totally fake. He even said something like he should be on a soap opera since he could cry so easily. I just wonder if these people are all actors, and this whole thing is staged. Just something to think about I guess. p.s. I'm still a huge fan of the show

Then the next day, everyone is friends again, like nothing ever happened" i guess you missed BB6 with janelle and howie, the crabby club, Howie calling April busto, LMAO there was more name calling then than these folks can even think of. If it is all staged than it has been since BB1. I have not missed a single season and this is the first season I have not had the live feeds... If you have ever watched the live feeds than you know there are some awesome fights and drama that we do not get to see on TV. This is the kind of stuff that makes reality TV work. It awesomely funny. It could have gone either way.

BTW you can find out how players for the game are chosen and you will clearly see none of them were actors to begin with. Now I am not saying that it is not totally impossible that it is all staged.. But I just do not believe it is.

No...I don't think it is fixed. And, Julie took such a long time to answer that question to build the suspense for both the audience and the hgs. Now, as far as Sharon getting evicted because of that question, BB told them yesterday that the existing relationship still inside the house is because the GPs are sisters so, they only kept them hanging for a little while. So, they already know at this point. I think they did tell them yesterday because of the fact that it might have hurt someone else's game and, they are trying not to cause a problem for anyone in the house. So, no worries...if Sharon gets evicted, it won't be because of the GPs and that question from BB. I hope this knowledge helps you feel better that it isn't fixed. If it was, then BB would have just let Sharon get evicted because of it.
