Adding funds to PayPal

Why do you need to add funds to Paypal? If you are doing purchases with Paypal, you simply need a valid credit card (not the prepaid type) and every purchases will be on your credit card statement. There's simply no need to add funds at all. I just checked my account and although there's an Add Fund tab, the only option available is "Transfer Funds From a Bank Account in the United States"...

well, so far the only way to add funds in paypal account is using us bank account. if you don't have it there is nothing you can do. anyway, you don't need to add funds in your paypal account. if you want to do online payment, you can pay directly from your credit card. paypal will arrange the payment for you.
