Indian Government is facing loss of 32Cr every year

hey guys..currently there was news that our government is facing the loass of 32Cr every year..u know why??? The government is providing the land in Nariman Point on rent to the political parties at cheap rate of Rs.6 per sq.ft...where the actual rate is around Rs.120-150 per sq.ft...So what do you think about this??
