You just have to answer lots of discussions and where possible, post discussions as well. Keep your posts lengthy and interesting and try to comment as much as you can on discussions that you have posted on, after the user have commented on your discussions.

If you ant to make a payout every month then just posts as many as discussions and responses you can. Try to make your discussions and responses lengthy and quality. Always upload a picture when you start a new discussion. Upload photos in interests sections. And try to get some good referrals. I am not interested in referrals so i don't have any referral till now. Because i am making enough money and i can reach to my payout in every month. Thanks
