In this modern world, with the help of technology, women can reproduce without the males but i have yet to hear anything about men who can get pregnant. We women think with our brains, the males think and react with their third heads most of the time... smart isn't it? I believe that we could be equal but men are for sure not better!

Women of course, even if we are not dominating... we are sure equal! Where would men be without the women in their lives to direct them? That's why countries are always refer as her but not him. Besides, we work harder and smarter without the arrogant of the males, and when we fight, we use the ability of reasoning, while most of our male counterparts use force. When the guys think they are better, it is because they still haven't seen the big picture. Cheers!

The newlyweds are in their honeymoon room and the groom decides to let the bride know where she stands right from the start of the marriage.
He proceeds to take off his trousers and throw them at her. He says, "Put those on."
The bride replies, "I can''t wear your trousers."
He replies, "And don''t forget that! I will always wear the pants in the family!"
The bride takes off her knickers and throws them at him with the same request, "Try those on!"
He replies,"I can''t get into your knickers!"
"And you never bloody will if you don''t change your attitude."
So With that in mind I will have to say the woman is the boss!!!!!

I like when womens are the boss... I think lot of men are waiting for dominant women... Do think to make happy a women is very important! So if your boss is a women, it's happy to work for her...

i think it entierly depends on the performance and managerial skills, has nothing to do with gender.

Women are bosses or princesses. Men are only to watch them act. As a man i don't object.
