When you watch typical happy ending movie at cinema or at home, do you feel afterwards positive or sad?
I think it's interesting, if everything goes well in my life I feel very good after watching romance film.
If things were not going so well, I would feel really down.
Or do you think it can give people hope?
Is there really a happy ending?
I think for some yes. My parents in-law have been married for over 40 years and they are still happy as ever.
My hubby said he never saw them arguing.
They are now retired and they enjoy socialising with their friends and going for holidays.
Do you think this is rare these days or is it more common?

Ya i feel good when i just watch the movie without relating to my own life or others life, however when i do this, when i relate it- i feel bad that why this cant be in the real life. and i dont know it must be my bad luck that i dont have real life instance to motivate me. I have only seen bad thing happing to others (divorce, fight, hatred, cheating) still i love my life.

I do think its a lot rarer to see couples together that long now a days although my grandparents just celebrated their 50th anniversary they fight but underneath it all they love each other so much, if me and my man can be as happy as they are after even 30 years that will do me!!
