What offends you most about Christianity?

The thing that oofends me the most is alot of Christians claim to be so trustworthy, but in fact they cannot be trusted at all. I am a Christina myself and it really irks me when you go to church and you are not treated as well as others inside of the church. Most people in there would not give you the time of day if they passed you on the street.

Like others said... Christians who believe that only they are in the right path and others are wrong. They have their beliefs on some lines of the Bible... why the Bible says so, I have no idea. Another aspect I don't like is Christians say everybody is a sinner and that there is no other way to wash off the sins except believing in Jesus. It says that no one else can be pure, which is something that I cannot accept. Eternal Damnation is another thing that I cannot digest from a loving God. Actually all these do not offend me because I don't care what Christians think of me. These are the reasons I think Christianity will NOT suit ME.

anybody who tries to force their religion down somebodies throat offends me. It is like you must believe what I believe or I knock it into you. I will say that of any religion that really offends me.

The Automatic assumption , that just Because I live in America ( founded on the principles of Christianity ) I must Automatically MUST be Christian , or else I'm not Only a sinner , but Un-Patriotic as Well. I am Christian , but not in the traditional sense. But this is besides the point. What if I were a Non-Believer In God....... Does this mean that my Blood will not save your life If you were in a CAr accident?

Hi Everyone, I am a Catholic by religion and what hurts me is when someone blames religion as the reason of their life's misery. I believe that Religion has nothing to do with their life's situation but on what he/she did to his/her own life situation. Religion is just a guide to a good living and not an absolute dictation. I hope that when we blame others because of our misery we look first on ourselves and ask why we are in such situation? and what I have done in the past which is the reaction of my doing.

There is nothing about Christianity that offends me. As others stated it is the followers themselves that do the offending. Saying everything is a sin, ect.

Actually there isnt anything about CHRISTIANITY that offends me..its some of the FOLLOWERS that I find offensive....I have respect for ALL religions and spiritual paths and though I may not agree with them all I realize that all of them are valid and true religions and/or ways for the ppl who do believe in them, just like MY personal path is valid and true for me ya know....I appreciate the fact that there are so many religions and so many different ways even within each religion..what I DON'T appreciate is fundies (of any path) who are narrowminded, vicious and feel the need to belittle anyone who doesnt believe as they do and/or convert anyone who is of a different faith...I have zero tolerance for that. I find it not only repulsive but a total disgrace to whatever religion any one of those ppl is a follower of... Christianity itself though, I have no issues with, in fact I think its basic core beliefs are very similar to many other faiths and all are a great guideline for living if that makes sense..

I hate how some Christian try to push their religion onto other people. I think it's almost brianwashing. Everyone deserves to be educated about religion, not just christianity and the bible. :/

I having nothing to say about this. Nothing to offends about christianity. What about the big deal of this? Christianity is just the same of other religion groups. Why other people or against christianity keep on questioning what christians do believe? You know...Just live life and believe of what you should believe..No one will stop you with that....
