Halters: Acessories or Necessities?

I was just curious to see if you though that halters were more of acessories or necessities and why. I think that they are good acessories and should be cute, but that they are also very necessary in doing anything with your horse. How about you?

Halters are necessities, but that doesn't mean they have to be ugly. It doesn't mean that you can't use them as an acessory, just like a watch can be considered by some to be a necessity, but it doesn't have to be ugly, it can be diamond encrusted.

As a veterinary Technician I would definatelly say they are a neccesity but they should also be fashionable. I hate ugly halters. I love your topic. I found it quite interesting that people have some of my same views.

Halters are a necessity as how can you control the horse without it and tie it up if need be. It is good to see that you can buy all kinds of colours and different material ones these days.
