After 3 days i am here.....

sugha I am with you I am now a six down from a ten because someone just plain does not like me and I do not know why but MyLot promised to look into this situation so maybe there is hope. I really felt sad and angry too as I felt I did not deserve this at all.so I know how you feel too.

Hi Subha. I would not be surprised if you feel that way as I am in the same boat as you. Only actively participating to good discussions and posting good and quality topics as much as possible. But you are correct the it cannot be ignored to be down when the ratings have gone down so much. My ratings from 100 have gone down to a low of 67. I am think I was also overly rated negative in which I cant see why as I dont give negative responses and be nice as possible. But since being busy, I have been here only a little time and wanting to be in little time as possible. I really cant comprehend how this has happened after earning so much the reputation we have. But stay happy as we know our real selves and a star reputation does not mean we are those kind of persons. As I believe, what comes around, goes around. « Gab »

Don't feel bad. It is notonly you this is happening to. I have a few other friends in here that is also upset about there rating but they haven't given up.I hope things get fixed in here. Mine has dropped also.

welcome back in here and i understand how upset you are with this kind situation. i also just back in here after 2 days. i have some problem in opening mylot page so i just can do anything previous days anyhow, i wish that you able to get your rating points soon as possible

Hi subha.. Even i didnt login for 3 days. But i had a different reason. My parents had come to visit me so i was with them for whole 3 days. Had a lot of fun. But something got wrong which spoilt my whole of the day yesterday. But anyway that is a different issue. I had logged in on Friday and my star rating had went down to 8 from 9 and when i logged in today, it has come up again to 9. So i am a bit relaxed about that. And to my surprise i earned 4 cents for Sunday's activities.However i didnt even login to internet that day. Hey talking about your issue, even i was shocked to see you go down.After being so old to this site and posting over 7000 responses, i could not have imagined to be at that situation. But u need to be strong enough and carry on your activities like this. Thee may be some critizers but more people are there to appreciate for you.. So please cheer up!! But could you please let me know how to check up that reputation.??

Hi, I haven't been in your situation, but I am pretty sure, it is surely is disheartening. I can only empathize. But why don't you consider it a CHALLENGE? Pick it up and make your ratings back to blue again? I'm sure its no feat for you! C'mon, show us!

Hey don't let the trolls get you down. I am in the same situation as you I was a blue star, now silver. I think some people here are just being unfair and cruel by rating people negatively for no reason. You know you have not done anything wrong, so keep posting, it is happening to alot of people here. Stay strong/

It is a pain dropping down from a 9 or 10 down to a 7!! I too am in the same boat as you my friend. Though havent been on much over the weekend but am hoping to make the trolls pround this week or may have to bribe them!! Keep smiling and posting and who knows you will have a better rating soon x

I don't know what these people gain by rating some one negative And rating going down from 97/100 to 69/100,is something unbearable for any one. Well,I think you contact mylot and tell them about it. And I am sure that they will do atleast something for a mylot member who is here for such a long time. And I think that the interest ranking is also based on the reputation,and thats why it is also reduced. I am sure that you will soon have your 10 star back Cheers! Yeah, don't get too uptight about it. Once you get the momentum back again, your rating will go up again pretty soon. Happy mylotting ;)

I can understand your feeling but don;t be disheartened so much and continue to activily take part in the discussions with honesty.

I'm sorry to hear that your reputation has gone down so much subha. But try not to let this get you down (I know, easier said then done). Hopefully your reputation will go back up in time, but even if it doesn't I hope it doesn't stop you from posting here. Mylot seems to be a good community for the most part and I'd hate to see good mylotters leave because of this crazy thing that is going on with the star rating.

hey!welcome back subha12!!what is happening here?today i received more than a couple of discussions which talk of the same problem and that is RANKING!you are down to 7 which shouldn't have been since you participate a lot in mylot.i definitely feel now that it is something terribly gone wrong with the ranking system.it could be a bug in teh system too and might get rectified.so hang on!all the best!

Welcome back. I want to ask you that do ranking effect on your earnings? If not then why you take it so serious all the time? I red your 2 or 3 topics on ''I am quiting'' etc. But you are still here. I cannot understand if you don't want to left Mylot then why you start topics like this. Thanks

come on, dont be negative. think positively. when your rating is going down positively, it shows that you have posted something really bad. may be people are dont like that post and they are rating you negative in that. i was just telling a possibility. why should you keep yourself away from mylot on this issue? it is not at all necessary. i dont know how this star work. when i reached 100 posts, i got a star, and that too red one. i just have to make 6 more points to reach ultimate. keep your confidence up and go on...
