which is the best way to obtain vitamin c.....i have heard dat orange is the best fruit which supplies gr8 amt of vitamin c.....wat u think???

actually blackcurrents have a greater amount of vitamin c than oranges.

Yeah, all kinds of fruit have vitamin C. Vitamin C is always needed to fight disease and also helps your body use iron.
