Need help on Paid to sign up offers!!!

Dear all,
I have recently participated in some paid to sign up offers websites. But after i signed up i did not received any welcome email. But the process is completed. Therefore, how can i submit the welcome email in order to receive my credit for signing up?
Can anyone here advise me..

To be real with you i'd recommend that you contact the support team of the site you joined immediately. Any anwers here would be a guessing game at best. Don't Delay contact your support team not today - but NOW!
