Do you think the water today is still safe to drink?

I was wondering about the water that were going to take everyday,is it still safe until now?here in philippines i saw the ocean and see's are not clean.coz i saw a lot of garbage in every where,i see those garbage in the ocean floating and those factory that doesn't have any care in the water, weather it is become dirty or not.and then i started to realized in the next generation if the water is still safe to drink?do you think many years to come the water here all over the world is still safe to take or not?

i have doubts about that. i think because of the fact that there is a lot of garbage that has been dropped in the water.
also i have heard that there a lot medications like antibotics, hormone pills, that have been found in the water supply. we need to take steps to make sure the water supply stays clean so that we can consume.
we need to learn that the water we pollute is the very thing that we need to survive. we need to preserve it.

yeah! your right there, thats what i mean.i want to make sure that our water is still safe to take and if it is still safe in many yr if ever.i was only worried about our health and about the next generetion.i always blame those people who doesn't have any care to our water.they never think those bad effects to us.by the way thanks for the very nice response and have a nice day, take care always

Saying that though we deffinalty need to use more sea water as drinking water find ways to do it economically, theres a lot of uncertainty about water and its origin and content but in the developed world atleats the water has never really done us to much damage.

i like bottle or spring . i hardly drink tap it just doesnt aste good to me anymore
