Can I get a domain for free?

I am really fond of designing websites. I have a free website with " .tk " but I want a one with " .com " for free. So do you know any site which gives domains for free?

i dont think that there is anyway you can get a .com for free you can get anything else but not a .com or .net.

you can't unless some has one they don't want and will give you, but don't think that will come free either. People only lease domain names, you never really own them, not to mention there is always goign to be other fees involved

But I have heard that you can get a .com domain with some conditions applied, I mean limited bandwidth. Thanks for your response anyways

someone else may pay for it and let you use it for free, but it isn't yours, it is their and you are using it to their benefit not yours.

you wounld best to regiester a dot com from godaddy.com or name.com ,it is cheaper.

I've seen some places that will lease you a .com if you pay for their hosting package. I can't remember where they were off-hand, but if you do a search on "free domain with hosting", you may find some.

i jointed a reward program that did earned me a .com domain, i filled in surveys for about a week and earned it, if you want i can always show you prove if you are interested feel free to reply

hmm..I think that's not possible. Especially now wherein more or less it's expensive to pay for the monthly server cost. You can only use a domain from others but it's not under your name.
