Hi. how fast do you fall asleep during the day. I mean when you just take a little nap. Is it like the night or do you take a longer time to fall asleep??

Hi
I work according to Australia / New Zealand time. Hence, am awake from India very very early in the morning. As a result my day ends a little later in the afternoon and off i go home. Obviously am tired at the end of the day which invites rest and bed. As soon as i hit the bed, am off to a very good sleep with no disturbance or should i say, i don't even know if someone knocks or rings the Bell.

I think it depends on how sleepy or tired I am. Most of the time if I get to take my afternoon nap I'll probably fall asleep pretty fast. as i'm always lacking of sleep and really need to catch up with my sleep and rest hehe ;)

There are times when I easily doze off during the day. This happens especially when I did not get enough sleep the night before. This also happens when I feel so tired. It has been raining for the past few days here and so it's easier to fall asleep. The weather these past few days is so conducive to sleeping.

It really depends on the circumstances you know!! If I am tired any time is fine!!

the only time i fall asleep during the day is if im exhausted and dont intentionaly attempt to sleep. apparantly it happens pretty quick cause i will do the trying to keep my eyes open blinking for a little bit, next thing i know ive woken up to someone asking me whats for dinner tonight lol!
at night it takes me a bare minimum of an hour to fall asleep, sometimes a couple of hours of figeting and trying to get my brain to shut up.
