icl or ipl

Whatever IPL is now, it is for ICL. Nobody can deny significance of ICL in cricket entertainment, and actually they are the pioneer in this field. But media will provide better coverage on IPL, being affiliated by BCCI and due to presence of celebrities both from Cricket field and Entertainment Industries. It is IPL that features cricketers like Sachin, Sourav, Rahul etc. as well as film stars like King Khan - making it the perfect melting pot of different forms of entertainment that shake this country. IPL has been very much happening since inception whereas ICL has been protesting in nature, laking much needed glamor.

well the real judgement can be given after a year or so when people will not see the big names and just the ordinary players if that is the case then both are same, and if not then the bigger the nam the better the league but i still think IPL will have an advanage as the players can get a chance in the main team fro there

since IPL is BCCI's event it is supposed to have money. Even if u leave the money part most of the famous world class players are playing in IPL. As that in ICL which started with the aim of showcasing or giving chance tto local talent. When it came to IPL its all international game. And as you might have observed the most runs are scored by the International players like Hussey, macculum and not Indian local player. so i think its not ICL vs IPL its national vs International.

I think ICL is better then IPL. I watched many matches of ICL and really enjoyed it. Although i don't like cricket but i enjoyed ICL matches. I think ICL should add more clubs from Pakistan next year then it can be more interesting series. I hope they will do it next year. Thanks

both of them follows the same format of the game but media is giving much more attention to ipl then icl as because of the money factor friend............there is a lot money involved in ipl as compared to icl so the media following it vigorously is more then justified.Where there is money there always is media support and power,nothing new is happening here,this always has been the case where is money there is media fren
