stray animals

hey
in my city,stray animals roam here and there.
they cause traffic problems.
governmen tis taking no action.
what to do??

I still believe in giving them love. The reason why they are out there and they become astray in the first place is because people stopped caring for them. 90 % of animals that are astray was abandoned. So I guess it would be best to adopt some yourself or ask some of your friends to adopt them. You can even put up a site where people from your area can go and adopt some of them. Lastly, take care of your pets and never abandon them. I have a weak heart for animals.
