What are your daily rituals?

Besides basic needs like eating and sleeping, do you have daily ritual activities? The rituals I require of myself include drawing and keeping a gratitude diary. There are other activities I plan on adding to my daily routine, like study and exercise.

My day has always been complete with a mug of coffee. I take coffee right after I wake up. I surf the Internet almost the whole day then take a bath early evening. Listening to music is still part of my day but I listen to it random hours in a a day. Sometimes at night, I drink another mug of coffee just to stay awake until dawn. hehehe..

Coffee is almost a daily ritual for me too although I wish it weren't.

Keeping a diary is really a good habit, what i do is just a little bit similar to yours, writing a blog everyday. Besides writing blog, i do also require of myself include reciting Japanese words and articles. Because i'm going to take a very important Japanese test soon. I do also make phone calls to my girlfriend everyday, because we are in different places :-(
Anyway, daily rituals will make our life less boring.
Have a nice day!

Thank you for the complement. I also have a daily call to my boyfriend. He lives on the other side of the country and we have to talk everyday at least to say, "hello"

I like your sketch and I think you have some good daily rituals. I go for a nice long walk every day for health and exercise. I write every day for pleasure and for profit. I read every day for entertainment and for knowledge. I listen to the radio every day to keep up with the latest news. And I use the internet daily.

You seem to have a very productive day. I wrote everyday for a short period but I never made a habit of it.

Before I sleep, I visualize things that I'm thankful for in my life. I also think of the not so good things that happened to me that day and I imagine changing the scene into something positive or changing it to how I wanted it to be. While driving the car I also think about my affirmations and things that I want to happen that day. Thanks to the secret I've discovered this and I'm loving my life every day.

It's good to hear that you are loving life. What a wonderful way to live. It is so much easier to be happy when you remember and acknowledge the good things in life.
