yes, i am addicted to it. I actually found mylot through yahoo answers.
Some of the categories i stay away from. A lot of them are just people arguing. Like the religion category usually ends up with christians and athiests having digs at each other. Like the person above me said, there is a bit of spam on there also. Mainly just in the money section.
But apart from that i think it's great. It is addictive with the scoring system and trying to get best answer etc.

I enjoy getting on it. I have learned alot of interesting things on it. I also learned about this web site through it. It's really amazing the things that people ask, isn't it?

I have used yahoo answers a few times but is is usually just people looking for your business that answer and don't answer your question like I have asked a few mortgage questions and all I get are answers like I am a mortgage broeker contact me and I will help you. I am not going to use someone I don't know on the interent for a mortgage come on people.

Hi sheerlock, though I am one of the members of Yahoo Answers for a couple of months, I am not so active yet anyway as I am not sure how it really works and I am not good in answer those questions as well. The functioning of it is totally different from mylo. I think I have to take time to accustom myself to it after some time. I find I could learn a lot and acquire much knowledge just browsing the site daily.

Hi sheerlock, nowadays after checking my yahoo mailbox, I usually go through the yahoo answer to acquire knowledge of different subjects and all the latest news. Though I try to answer one or two question only there, I still enjoy reading questions and answers from others. I wonder whether some young guys keep on asking simple questions about science and maths are trying to get answers merely for the sake of doing their home works.

yes I am trying yahoo answers. I guess it really helps to post some questions there because sooner or later, some people will help you out on your problem. It just delights me that whenever I visit Yahoo Answers, I always got some extra point for visiting it! hehehe

I believe they try to screen out the rude answers and sometimes knock people off the site if they get too carried away with their rudeness.

i had used once that feature of Yahoo website and it quite frustrating if someone is not answering you...
i find it very helpful to anyone else who meet their satisfying answer to their questions and queries...

yea,i am glad to talk this topic with you here. and i use the yahoo answers searching,it really goes well.but because i am from china, i always use the homeland searching engineer;baidu.and it is good ,too.thanks for your sharing.
