I just watched "An Inconvenient Truth", a documentary on global warming featuring Al Gore. He seems like a great guy and really concerned about the environment. I'm wondering why you didn't elect him as president. Why did you have to vote for George Bush?

i am not an american but i like to comment on this one. no one needs to be president nor be a celebrity to be a great person.all one needs is to be great to one's self.

Yes we can all make a difference. But this guy ran for president and lost. Now most Americans hate George Bush. That's why the Republicans have no chance of winning the election. Whoever gets the Democratic nomination is certain to be the next US President. As David Letterman said: "We are all busy figuring out which Democrat to vote for". LOL

I think what Letterman meant was that they are all democrats. McCain is a RINO.

And you believed everything you say in that movie? LOL That movie has been proven that the real life clips are really cgi. Almost the entire movie has been disproven and Al Gore is being sued because of his misrepresentation of the truth.

There is only 1 suit against him in the US and it was filed by the president of the Weather Channel. However, he may loose his noble peace prize and I believe it is Britain refuses to show his "documentary" ever. This has nothing to do with him loosing the presidential race, he really believes everything in that movie.

No one should watch that film it is a waste of time and money. I don't know what the film has to do with him loosing an election. To me, the two are not related. Did you know that the "green" Al Gore is not as eco-friendly as he seems? http://www.snopes.com/politics/bush/house.asp http://www.businessweek.com/innovate/NussbaumOnDesign/archives/2007/02/gores_carbon_fo.html Even if what he stated IS true and not filled with lies and fictional images, why would anyone give him any credit? Saving the Earth starts at home.

I did get suspicious that he's just being a sore loser from the last presidential election. The legal suit filed against him is most welcome because it will help ferret out the truth. I'm interested to see how the courts decide on this one.

Al Gore is basically crazy. Global warming does not exist. I know it is hard for you to understand, especially after seeing such a fine movie as An Inconvenient Truth. (Tongue firmly in cheek). I would have to move to Canada if he was elected President. Beamer23

With the continuing rise of oil in the world market, it would be crazy for us to continue to rely on it, even if global warming does not exist.
