Honestly The best for a person all depends on what you are wanting to use it for. I personally think Acer laptops are great..as long as you dont buy the cheapest laptop out there they last longer and have more power... With any brand the cheapest ones are going to be slightly older compoents and be out dated faster. Dells are ok..nice laptops hard company to deal with for tech support and warranty.

Best and cheapest doesn't go together. You can get the cheapest and decent laptop, but if you want the best, it would be very expensive. If your budget is tight, go for a Dell laptop. The build isn't the best, but its reasonable for its hardware specifications. The best laptop, in my opinion, would be a Sony laptop which is known for its expensive price tag.
