I wonder if anyone with experience of this age range could help me by making some suggestions of movies that they might enjoy please. We're holding a movie and pizza party for the big kids, but he movie won't be suitable for some of the younger brothers and sisters who'll be attending so I'd like to get an alternative or two in too. So, what have your 4-6 year olds enjoyed recently? I really need something that's suitable for both sexes, so not Barbie thanks ;-) Thabks for your help!

Any of the Land Before Time movies are a hit with both boys and girls in this age range. Also the new Bee movie I have heard is good. Open Season, Barnyard and Over the Hedge are all cute also. Another good one for that age frame is Elmo in Grouchland when I had my daycare the kids couldn't get enough of this one. Hope this helps.

I suggest anything Disney. Most of their movies are geared towards children that age. Some specifics are: Cars, The Incredibles, Finding Nemo or Lilo and Stitch. All of those would be good for either boys or girls and they should like them. Good luck!

I agree that Disney do some good movies. Actually my whole family enjoyed watching Cars, adults included :-)

I suggest anything by Disney. Of course, don't watch them if they offend you lol. I know many who say Disney movies are full of witchcraft, ect. and refuse to watch them or let their kids watch them. How about a movie like that Air Bud or something like that? It has cute animals for the girls and sports for the boys. You can't go wrong with animal movies!

Erm ... I'm obviously missing something big here! What's wrong with Disney & where did this witchcraft thing come from?

Snowbuddies or Alvin and The Chipmunks would be great choices. SnowBuddies is so cute with all those golden retrieveers and kids love Alvin and the Chipmunk I have heard the movie is really good I have not seen it yet but heard it is great.

I've not heard of SnowBuddies, so I'll have to look that one up. Is it an animated one, or 'real'?

Another vote for The Bee Movie! A popular movie by the looks of it! Thanks for contributing.
