water is quite important for a body, especially for females. i don't like drinking water only when i feel thirsty, because of this ,for a time, i got a rough skin, and even feel painful for calculi. now i learnt a lesson by this and may think some smart way to take in water

water is indeed important to our daily life. it has many uses for us. it doesn't only quench our thirst. it cleanse our body. keep our skin moisturize and keeps us hydrated. drinking enough glasses of water keeps us healthy but drinking too much will caused hyponatremia.. so take only average glass of water.. too much for something is a bad habit..

I live in a very hot place like india where temperature touches 36 degrees.i drink minimum 8 glasses of water everyday.its good for removing heat from the body.It is also good to flush out toxins from the body.
