Spending our time in mylot for long is harmful for us ?

I think it is harmful for I have noticed that my friend Deepankar who is a member of mylot,spent in mylot for 7-8 hours daily for a week and he has now got +2.25 power in his both eyes.He was doing good in mylot but now he has stopped it for this horrible thing.Previously,he did not have glasses but now he has to wear them.Now hearing this,I spend 1 hour only on computer,in mylot.I think sitting in front of computer for long,not only harms eyes but also his physic as one sits only at one place and stops his activity.One has to stay fit to stay healthy.
Now I am worried of the mylotters those who spend 9-10 hours daily in mylot.I am worried about them because after all,all mylotters are my friends.So,spend your time in mylot in a limited way and take care !

This is just my way of mylotting...I am on here over the couse of 8 hours some days but I am not at the computer that entire time. I will log in, make a few posts, get up and do things, do a few more posts and so on. Sometimes I only get one post in before I'm back up doing things. I have been on mylot for over a year in this manner and my eyesight has not changed on bit. I know this for fact because I recently had them checked and they were exactly the same as they were at my last visit 2 years ago.

This is my personal opinion. One should not spend hours on the internet, let alon mylot discussions. For the obvious reasons that we only have one pair of eyes and they are not replaceable.
Think about it. Take mylot time as a leisure time and not your only money making site. Unless you have a gazillion of active referrals and makes big bucks here, treat mylot.com as one of the best discussion forum to learn, not just to earn.
Even if you are earning big bucks here, remember, your eyes are still irreplaceable with mylot earnings.
