My garden is finally ready for seeds and plants. My husband worked hard on it the last few days, tilling up the land and putting up the fence. Tomorrow I am going to plant the plants I have and the seeds and hope to have a nice garden once it's all done. I am going to have tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuse, peas, carrots, and more. I really hope it turns out good, because I will do a bigger garden next year if it does. If anyone has any suggests for my garden as far as how to take care of it, let me know! Thanks!

Great to hear another fellow mylotter wanting to try their hand at gardening. It's pretty easy. It's only hard if you make it that way. Here are a few more links for you to check out that may come in handy for you.

Thank you! I will check them out as well. I have always wanted a garden but never took the time to do one. If all goes well, I will do one every year.

it should be a great garden as much as your husband has worked on preparing it and getting it ready for the plants and seeds. Just keep in mind the amount of water you run on them and the time of day you water them and keep fertilizing the area. There are some fertilize you can get that you connect to the water hose that will help and also to keep the bugs off of them as well. Hope it does good for ya and I hope you enjoy it and reap the benefits if the harvest...

I plan on watering in the morning and in the evening. I know that if you water in the day when the sun is out you can burn and kill your plants. I really hope it turns out good as well. You did do a good job on getting it started for me.
