Anyone been suspended in Paypal ? Dis they burn the money ?

Hi there, my friend has been suspended & he said his money in paypal has no more since he cant log in.
Is this happen before to anyone here, many are not happy with Paypal , are they really taking such extreme action by suspend people account & forfeited all the money inside the account?

I've never heard of anybody getting suspended but I do know a person whose paypal account was hacked and they got taken for some money. I hope the person who did it has THEIR paypal suspended!
