The first time i saw Him crying.

My father is a very strong man. Problems can't make him cry. But i was shocked the first time i saw him crying.
We watching a DVD movie and i just noticed his tears fell from his eyes. That then i felt worried and asked him if what's happening..Then he just simply said...He just carried away from the movie that we were watching. LOL!
I was just suprised because i didn't knew my father is emotional too in watching a touching family stories. Supposedly i should be the one who first to cry but my father did it! After that i keep on teasing him and i told my mother. My father was like a child that time. He felt shyness and my mother just simply smiled and said..."Well, that's your father sweetie!"
Ha!ha!ha! i just coudn't really believed with it because that was the first time i saw him crying..Oh..i felt so relief that moment.

It is strange sometimes isn't it? We think of our parents as strong solid rocks then we chance upon the fact that they are just like us, and human. They have real lives, they struggle they hurt, worry, and they were young once. They have whole lives that sometimes we as children are not privy to unless we catch a glimpse of it.
My husband occasionally wells up with tears during a movie. It always touches my heart, but i bet my kids have never seen it happen. In fact I do not believe they have ever seen him cry about anything, that is something he only does with me. I can't hardly stand to see a man cry, I will cry with him every time.
