drugs and marriage

I just received a text message from a newly-married friend. She said that she found out that her husband is into drugs. She already caught him once, when they weren't married yet a few years back but he asked for her forgiveness and promised her that he will withdraw from it and stop from taking drugs. She believed in him and gave him another chance. Then recently, they got married and they look happy together until my friend discovered that her husband is into drugs again. Now, she's asking me if she should dump him and file for an annulment of their marriage or if she should give him another chance and try to make their marriage work. It could have been easier for me to answer if they weren't married, just dump the guy and move on.. But I don't want to be a part of that decision - breaking their marriage. I feel that she's the only person who can answer that question and make that crucial decision. But I want to know other people's opinion on this.. Should she give up their marriage or should she give him another chance?
