Do you earn money on line?

I found today many ads on blogspot for earning moneny online, like Affiliate Junktion, Ewen Chia's Autopilot Profits,etc, saying that once you sign up,you start earning immediately up to $150 per day or more. I am not quite clear about how they work for this. Can it be possible that you earn without much effort? Do you earn money online? How do you do that?

yea, but i think this is still worth your time and consideration, i mean it's something you really do, why not get paid for it anyway.
