Do Mylot had moderator?

Do mylot had moderator in discussion board? Cause I saw lots of similar discussion topics here or people complain that they started the discussion first ans saw another similar thread a few days later. I can understand the same topics, cause lets face it, it will happen. If my lot had moderator or moderators, they can help the discussion board by merging the same thread and thinning the topics so we, the member can surf the discussion more easily.
