"Through Humor you can soften some of the worst blows that life delivers" - Is it true? If so, any example from your life book. I'm asking this as i yet to find any such incident in my life!

Yes, I know that I try my best to have a good laugh whenever possible. It does work for me. I have to let it or I will be feeling low and down in the dumps.
