Been a plumber in PR, requires having a license issue by the state department, be and active member of master and plumbing officials college of PR. In order to obtain all that, you must complete a course in plumbing, practice for some time and take a test, issue by the state department; to obtain the title of plumbing official. The same applys for master plumber license. All that should grant you exclusive rights to work as plumber; including the payments made to State department, every 4 years and payments made to the college, every year. There are laws, regulations, sanitary and hidraulic code, and many other documents that restrict the practice of plumbing in PR; to those with all the above. ¿ Why are goberment agencies, contrators, health department, president and friends of plumbers college, and many others ignorants, violating all that? ¿ Why are federal funding monies, been wasted on labor terrorist, during so called renovations of public housing, in PR? Millions of dollars are been spended in work not in compliance with anything in blueprints or contracts awarded. No body sims to care about it; in PR. !Is anyone out there, who gives a Crap about IT¡ Is your money, that they are party with.
