I try to eat my meals on time... but since i don't eat breakfast... i usually have lunch early... and eat snacks or merienda in the afternoo... and at night... i only eat when i am already hungry... and that is usually around 7 to 8 pm...
I always try to eat on time since i want to instill good eating habit to my daughter...

On all days.. i stick to the schedule.. as i have to do so, as i have to go to office, in time.. 10 AM, 1.00PM, and 8.00PM..
But on week ends.. there is no schedule.. my morning break fast, may be around 11.30 AM.. and the lunch..and the dinner may be correspondingly delayed..

Hi youless! As much as possible, I do have my meals on time. I don't like going hungry first before I eat otherwise if I make it a habit of delaying my eating, I might end up having ulcer or I will get sick. Just my thoughts dear friend! Take care and have a nice day!

I've always try to have my meal on time and glad most of the time I do make it to have my meal on time. I dont cook as there are only me & my mom at home,so we usually call for delivery food from a nearby coffee shop or very rarely, we will opt for fast food delivery service from Pizza Hut or McDonald. We have dinner around 6:30pm and occasionally, when my other siblings back from other states, either mom will cook or we will have our meal at local food court or restaurant but will always have our dinner after 7pm,cos we will usually have a tea break at around 3:30pm .

I sometimes delay my meal or make it earlier to make it in time for clases that crashes with my lunch time. Sometimes clases take place between 12-2. Either delay it or take it earlier.

Well, as much as we would like, we try to stick to a regular timing for our meals. But with a heavy work schedule, it is tough to keep the dinner time regular!
Even lunch is varied over a period of two and a half hours. But the consolation is that the one hour lunch break will definitely fall in this two and a half hour window.
It is the dinner that is tough. And the later we eat, the closer the meal is to bed time. And that translate to a lot of weight gained.

I do eat meal on time.I think it is very important for stomach and health.Yesterday, because of something issue,i don't eat lunch on time, then the whole afternoon,i all feel very hungry.and when i have my dinner,i eat much more than before, but after eating my stomach feel not very well.
Eating on time at every meal is necessary,so if sometime i am full but i will also to eat something when it is the time for meal.if i don't eat then i must be hungry and eat more at the next time.
Stomach is very important to health.so i pay attention to my stomach and meal.

Most of the times I eat not on time or let me say I have no specific time of when to eat. Eversince I was in College I tend to eat when my stomach grumbled or maybe I like to eat. It gotten worse when I started working and there were times my beakfast, lunch and dinner combined into one. But if my boyfriend is with me, I eat on time since he always complain that he is hungry or his appetite differs from mine.

No. hehehe.. I only eat once or twice in a day. I usually wake up around after lunch and right after I wake up I'm going to have coffee and I get totally hungry around 3-5 in the afternoon. So that's about time that I'm going to have my first meal of the day. And then my second would be around 7-9 in the evening.

When talking about eating I definitely will feel excited so I rarely skip any meal unless I am sick or on the traveling vehicle seat. I always try to have my meal on time and I would feel lifeless and tired if I don’t take it. sometimes I would have my meal sitting in front of the tv or computer.

I rarely ever watch what time I eat. I just eat whenever I'm hungry.
