i recently got windows vista with my new comp, but my old comp has windows XP...i really don't see anything special about vista except its new looks. my old comp runs just as fast as my new one, and my new one has bigger memory and everything. plus vista still has bugs. wat do u think?? is upgrading to vista worth all the trouble?? which operating system do u prefer??

Mate,
Sooner you are gonna have no option but to use Windows Vista. Later this year, Microsoft is going to stop the product support for Windows XP, also withdraw all of the Windows XP copies that may exist in the market. This is a move completely towards pushing usage of Windows Vista across the end users, corporates, etc.
Hence, i would suggest you getting used to Windows Vista though your perception about the products are true.

hi.. i love xp.... xp is more stable... esp the service pack 2... for me, with only 756MB RAM, it runs more than adequate for my graphic designing needs...:-D

I have had no issues with windows Vista thus far.It has been reliable and good for me. I haven't had any issues I didn't have in XP. Also, XP is going out and there will be no more support for it. I understand that you wanna cling to your old OS but you have the new one, and it works. Going back to you old OS won't help you much.
