Oh yeah. I have met Ne-yo and it was really amazing. I couldn't even talk and I was just looking at him for the whole time. I met him because I work at a local radio station and ne-yo went there to promote his album "Because of You". I told him I am a big fan and he gave me a signed CD this is so memorable!

My only claim to have shook the hand of someone famous was Bozo the Clown when I was 6 years old, and he kissed me !

The guy who plays Holden on As the World Turns, I think his name is Jon Hensley? Also an old western star of movies, Ben Johnson. Oh, and Wanda Jackson, but I don't know if anyone remembers her. I think only Americans would. My dad met Jerry Rice. My mom met Joe Namath (American football player, really famous).

Many many years ago I worked in a solicitors office and they were media law specialists. As such they had many famous clients, mainly in the music and film industry. There were days when it was really hard for me to keep a straight face and remain professional when certain clients came into the office. After all, I couldn't ask for autographs or anything like that but I did get to meet and talk with lots of rock stars.
Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton, George Harrison, and I was lucky enough to serve coffee to Richard Harris who was a lovely man.

I've met members of several bands. The ones that I can remember (that people might have heard of) are Midnight Oil and Catherine Wheel. I'm also friends with the members of Abney Park, which is a somewhat lesser known band, but they're really talented and fun to hang out with. And I've met a bunch of similarly lesser known bands: Greenberry Woods, The Cruxshadows, Ego Likeness, The Last Dance, Voltaire, and Distorted Reality. Not quite famous, but they could be some day! :)

When I was working for J.C. Penneys I met one of the retired team captains of the San Francisco 49ers. I can't remember his name for the life of me, but he was one of the nicest guys you ever would want to meet. Very tall. Had on both his 49er's and Super Bowl rings, which were absolutely the hugest things you could imagine. He was there to pick up some bras I had on hold for his wife. LOL. He even opened a credit card through me while he was there. Very, very nice person.

A friend in high school went on to be an actress, with a recurring role on M*A*S*H, and a movie with Linda Evans. I also met and talked with the band Toad the Wet Sprocket last summer... they signed my shirt, too!
Hun, in his capacity with a float-plane airline, has met Jody Foster, Bette Midler, Goldie Hawn, Chuck Norris (twice), George Kennedy, kenny g., Christopher Lloyd, Harrison Ford, and Robert Redford. We also know pilots who have worked for other celebrities, including John Travolta.

You get best response simply because he's met Chuck Norris TWICE!!
What's better than meeting Chuck Norris once? Why meeting him twice of course!

He met him the first time in an elevator in the Manila Hotel when he was working with a group from RJ Reynolds Productions. Chuck Norris asked him about his hat, which had the company logo, and Hun told him about the flights they made up to the Canadian and Alaskan fishing lodges.
Two months later, after C.N. finished his movie, he flew KAH up into Canada. When they got back to the float plane base, he asked for Hun, and told him that it was the best idea anyone had given him in years... he'd had a whole week of fishing and relaxing, and was a very happy man. It never hurts to keep 'Prime Chuck' happy!

This is hard as I have not met anyone famous that you would probably know. But I will tell you anyway, over here in UK we have 2 programmes on tv, one is called Heartbeat and one is called The Royal and they are both loosely based around each other and so are filmed in the same place. They are filmed in a place in England called Scarborough, and we went on holiday about 2 years ago they were filming at the time so we got to meet all the cast members and we got loads of photos and it was so exciting!!!

Hi coffeeshot! I met our country's leader, President Gloria Arroyo in a wedding party. She was vice president of our country at that time and well. I could say with that few minutes with her, she is one nice, intelligent person. I have met some political figures too but the president is the most famous one. Just my thoughts dear friend! Take care and have a nice day!

I went to high school with Delta Burke. She was absolutely GORGEOUS. She was a "Senior Superlative", & voted Most Beautiful & Most Likely to Succeed. I was a sophomore when she was a senior, and when I accidently wandered into the senior lunch room, she protected me when the other seniors pounced - told them I was her "pet sophomore".
