Hi mylotters! I need some advice from u all..M planning to start jogging every morning in a short span of time..Can anybody tell how much time I should jog everyday..Do I need to combine some excercises or just jogging will do the trick..I need to reduce about 4 n 1/2 kgs of weight..n planning to continue for life to keep fit..Plz help!!

When you are starting, jog for a distance, if you feel tired, walk, then run again. 2-3 kilometers can do. But be sure to stretch after a few jogs and before you end up for your muscles not to be stiff.
After a week, you can increase your speed and the distance. You can see results on the third week, after jogging at least 3 times a week! Don't give up too soon!
